Thanksgiving is this week and it’s a great time to spend time with family over some home cooked turkey. There are many ways to making a tasty turkey but this is a classic way to roast turkey in the oven. We’ll show you how to keep it moist on the outside and juicy in the inside. We recommend not putting the stuffing on the inside and with the dark meat being popular, we suggest that you cut small pieces of the dark meat (like the leg) into slices and spread them evenly over each plate on the table.

Combine first four ingredients and let sit until sugar dissolves.Soak rice noodles/sticks in warm water until they are soft but don’t disintegrate when pressed, about 40 minutes.Drain.Drain tofu by wrapping it in a clean towel and pressing with a large can of tomatoes,about 30 minutes.Cut into 1/4 inch cubes.Rinse dried shrimp in water and drain.

Combine pineapple juice, onion, lime, cilantro, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, oil, jalapeno, and pepper sauce in zip-lock bag.Add the steak to the bag, squeeze out air, and seal.Turn to coat.Refrigerate 2 hrs to overnight.Spray grill rack with nonstick spray.Remove steak from marinade, scraping off any excess.Grill 5 inches from heat about 5 minute per side or until done.Let stand 10 minute.
